Shipping Methods

  • Kyría ships worldwide.
  • All orders are processed and will leave the Kyría warehouse within 3-5 business days of placing an order.
  • Orders with standard delivery will be dispatched by US Postal Service and orders with express delivery will be dispatched by DHL.
  • Free U.S. standard shipping for orders over $100

Address Requirements

  • Shipping and billing addresses must be valid addresses.
  • Your billing address must exactly match the location where your credit card statement is sent.
  • Once an order has been processed, the delivery address cannot be redirected/changed.
  • It is your responsibility to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation which will include your tracking number. Please note that tracking information will only be updated online one business day after your order has been shipped.
  • You can also track your package or view current/past order details at any time.

Note: If the tracking status of your parcel shows as delivered, but the item has not been received, we must be notified within 30 days of the ship date.
