- Your order number
- Product name of the item you wish to return.
- Reason for requesting a RMA (Defective Item Exchange, Size Exchange, or Unwanted Item Return)
- In cases of Size Exchange, provide the size of the item you wish to receive in exchange. Our specialized fitting team will also ascertain your fitting if you can also provide your following measurements: (1) tell us where it is tight/loose for you - is it the bra cup, under-bust, waist or hips; (2) what sizes do you usually wear (bra and bottoms); (3) measure the fullest part of your bust across the nipple; (4) measure underneath your bust around the ribcage. Breathe normally and measure after inhaled; (5) measure around your waist; and (6) measure around the widest part of your hips.

All returns must be sent to us within 30 days of the RMA issue date. Kyría Lingerie reserves the right to refuse returns that are not received within a reasonable time frame.
