Refund, Returns & Exchange Policy

 

Kyría Lingerie is dedicated to providing our customers with the best service. We accept returns for all items within 14 days after receipt. Please contact us according to the below.
 
You may request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by submitting your request within the allowed time period (specified in the table), which starts from the day you receive the order. RMA requests can be submitted the following ways:

Contact our Sales Team to request for RMA. To ensure speedy service, please have the following information ready when you email our Sales Team:
  1. Your order number
  2. Product name of the item you wish to return.
  3. Reason for requesting a RMA (Defective Item Exchange, Size Exchange, or Unwanted Item Return)
  4. In cases of Size Exchange, provide the size of the item you wish to receive in exchange. Our specialized fitting team will also ascertain your fitting if you can also provide your following measurements: (1) tell us where it is tight/loose for you - is it the bra cup, under-bust, waist or hips; (2) what sizes do you usually wear (bra and bottoms); (3) measure the fullest part of your bust across the nipple; (4) measure underneath your bust around the ribcage. Breathe normally and measure after inhaled; (5) measure around your waist; and (6) measure around the widest part of your hips.

All returns must be sent to us within 30 days of the RMA issue date. Kyría Lingerie reserves the right to refuse returns that are not received within a reasonable time frame.
    Terms & Conditions
      General for all products
        1. All returns must be sent back to our United States / United Kingdom address with prior authorization, i.e. having emailed us requesting for a return and with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.

          1. Returned items must be in their original packaging, brand-new, unused and with their original tags attached. Incomplete returns and any items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way will be refused.
          2. Although Kyría Lingerie will usually reship replacement via the shipping method used in the original order, Kyría Lingerie reserves the right to determine reshipping method and may use standard shipping in some instances.
          3. Items marked as “Final Clearance” are not eligible for Size Exchange and Unwanted Item Return.
          4. Shipping fees will not be refunded for orders that are unable to be delivered due to wrong addresses, specific import tariffs (at your own costs), etc. We may charge additional fees to cover any costs incurred.
          5. Kyría Lingerie is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend that you send your return via Registered Air Mail with tracking to ensure that it reaches us.
          6. Coupon discounts as well as shipping and handling fees from the original shipment to the customer are not refundable.
          7. For orders that has enjoyed free shipping, our U.S shipping rate will be deducted from your refund if you choose to return your entire order and refund to your original form of payment.
          8. If replacement items for defective exchange or size exchange are out of stock, item value will be refunded in the form of Kyría Lingerie Credit. 
          9. We offer store credit for the price difference between the purchase price and the sale price, if the order was placed 24 hours before the sale.
          10. In cases of defective item exchange, Kyría Lingerie will provide a replacement item instead of a refund.
          11. Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed.
          12. Kyría Lingerie reserves the right to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice. Should there be any dispute, Kyría Lingerie's decision will be final.
